When a purchase is formed
A paid PropScrut order is accepted only after the approved payment service verifies the transaction and PropScrut confirms the matching entitlement. A browser return or bank authorisation screen alone is not proof of acceptance.
Products and introductory prices
The Premium Intelligence Report has a standard price of RM199 and a current introductory price of RM99. Premium PLUS has a standard price of RM499 and a current introductory price of RM299. The amount and product shown at the approved checkout must match the order.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use authorised documents, protect private report links and respond to reasonable clarification requests. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or inaccessible information may affect delivery timing.
Service scope
The purchased product is limited to the scope described on the Reports pages at the time of purchase. PropScrut is decision support and does not guarantee a transaction, financing, legal outcome, valuation, property condition or investment return.
Delivery and support
Submission and report-ready notices are sent only through the approved delivery process. Use the Contact page for support and quote the Gateway Case ID or payment reference without sending passwords or banking credentials.
Founder/legal completion
The operating entity, business address, governing law, service timing and liability wording must be approved before public launch.
